Delivery 

We offer delivery to all locations in Malta & Gozo* and also a pickup service from our outlet in Birkirkara for urgent orders.**

At times, when we have an increase in demand for deliveries we team up with a courier company for delivery service. If your order is sent via a courier service, the couriers will contact you prior to delivery. If we're handling your order we'll phone/email you directly.

Delivery is normally done within 2-4 business days. Orders which are pre-paid (see details below) are processed faster. Cash on delivery takes longer processing and will take approx 3-5 more days than pre-paid orders

Please note that delivery can only be done to door at the moment. Our staff are not allowed to enter your homes / offices / stores. 

**For orders under €100, there is a €5 delivery charge which will be included when checking out. Orders of €100 or more are free of charge. Health products delivery charges are €3.

*Gozo deliveries are done via courier every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, public holidays not included.

Payment       

Order payments can be done in one of the following ways:

1. Revolut. Transfer via your Revolut account to our Revolut business account (with IBAN). Details of this will be given to you when checking out. **Preferred for faster processing**

2. BOV Mobile pay. You can use BOV mobile pay to 79237890.

3. Bank Transfer prior to delivery or pickup 

4. Credit or Debit Card on delivery or pickup. Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Currently this is only accepted when delivering to Mosta, Naxxar, Iklin, Ibragg, San Ġwann, Birkirkara, Gharghur, Burmarrad and all pickups.

5. Credit or Debit Card online. All Major Cards are accepted when purchasing on our website secure sever. Service provided by Viva Wallet.

6. Cash on delivery or pickup (slower delivery with this method. approx 3-5 days more processing time)

Please try to avoid cash for the safety of our couriers but if you have to, please have the exact amount in a transparent bag/folder.

When checking out you'll be asked  if delivery or pickup is required and which payment method you would like to use.

CB Imports is a wholesaler and distributor and does not own any retail shops. However, in case you would like to physically see and purchase a product please contact us and we'll direct you to your nearest retailer.
